About the Event

MUST READ FIRST = SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

As this performance has special requirements, please only sign up if you know that you can meet these requirements:

1. Only register to perform if you know 100% that you can take part, especially as this event requires Show ID passes. You have to upload a photo of yourself via the link we will send you on the organiser's website. Once these passes are produced by the Event Organiser, they cannot be changed therefore if you can no longer take part, you are taking someone else's opportunity to perform away and jeopardising us from being asked back to perform again. If you cancel your place, this understandably can effect your opportunity to perform at other high profile events lovelies!

You need to collect your Show ID Pass on the day of your performance via the accreditation booth at the Bull Ring Entrance.

You need to bring photo ID as they will ask to see it before giving you your Show ID pass.

If you get to sign up to perform at this year's RHS Hampton Court Palace Flower Festival, you must keep this RHS Show ID pass for it. You cannot be given another pass. We will ask the RHS team to keep your pass active for it.

YOU MUST ALLOW 30MINS TO ARRANGE THE PRINTING & COLLECTION OF YOUR ID PASS FROM THE BOOTH AS IT'S LIKELY TO BE EXTREMELY BUSY!

2. Be off-book (no lyric sheets or sheet music allowed) therefore you must have the songs memorised.

3. Feel very confident performing this material / solid on the harmonies therefore perform to a very high standard.

PERFORMANCE ATTIRE:

As we perform to a professional level, we are extremely strict about our performance attire... we need to look as good as we sound lovelies! If you turn up to a Dress Rehearsal or Performance not in your full performance attire, you cannot perform. No exceptions lovelies!

EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE ALL BLACK!

WE NEED TO MATCH OUR LOOK TO OUR PROFESSIONAL SOUND!

- TOP = Choir t-shirt

Here's a reminder of how to buy a Choir t-shirt: https://www.westendmusicalchoir.com/online-store

- BOTTOMS = Black skirt (must be with black tights) or black trousers.

IF WEARING TIGHTS:  If wearing a skirt pleasure ensure to wear black tights of a high denier (not see through)

- ANKLE AREA = No skin on show around your ankle or foot. Needs to be totally covered in black eg socks or pop socks worn. This may sound really specific, but it's extremely distracting & looks really unprofessional to the audience if this is on show.

- SOCKS & SHOES = Must be all black. Please note that any colour on shoes is not allowed eg different coloured laces, patterns, base etc. Everything must be black. No open toe shoes allowed.

Please note, as usual if you don't attend in the required performance attire, you won't be allowed to take part in a Dress Rehearsal or performance. Absolutely no exceptions lovelies!

If the weather is due to be really hot around the time of the performance, we will modify it and update you : )

Everything worn must be a 'true' black colour therefore no faded black or items that have coloured stitching). No part of your Choir uniform can have colour, other than the logo on your Choir t-shirt or hoodie : ) The old logo is allowed.
