1. Have booked a 2 day test (Antigen or PCR)

At home test suggestions:

https://dantelabs.co.uk/products/day-2-covid-19-pcr-test-after-international-arrival

Potentially from the half term break but certainly by the end of October, the Transport Secretary Mr Shapps has explained that the requirement of a PCR test will change to a simple lateral flow test.

"Once the switch to lateral flow tests happens, arrivals would have to take a photograph of the cassette containing their result, Mr Shapps (Transport Secretary) confirmed. " https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-58838682

Therefore you need to pack a lateral flow test to take with you and do Sunday morning prior to our journey back to England.

2. Have filled in the Passenger Locator Form

https://provide-journey-contact-details.homeoffice.gov.uk/passengerLocatorFormUserAccountHolderQuestion

(you will need to enter your test booking reference number into this)
