About the Event


ON-BOOK: For this type of performance, you can use your music folders or IPads (never phones for performances). 

Though we highly recommend for you to be off-book, memorising the lyrics by practising with your harmony tracks as it results in a really enjoyable experience for you, the Musical Director and the audience watching.

ABOUT THE PERFORMANCE:


We’re delighted to be performing at the Marylebone Music Festival on Sunday 21 June in the beautiful surroundings of Manchester Square Gardens. The festival celebrates live music and community performance, and we’re looking forward to sharing the music we’ve been working on this term in such a vibrant and welcoming setting. It promises to be a joyful afternoon of music-making in the heart of London.


This is a FREE concert so please invite friends & family to come enjoy!

Performance date: Sunday 21st June 2026


Performance & Meeting Venue: Manchester Square Gardens, London, W1U 3AB


Arrival time: 11:30am SHARP to sign in, assemble on stage, sound check & warm up.

If you are late for our arrival time you won't be permitted to perform.


What to do when you arrive: Look out for an Angel to sign in with them & then find your vocal harmony group to wait with them. We will then drop our things off and have a quick vocal warm up.


Performance Time: Our official performance slot is: 12 - 12:30pm

MD on mic: Quick hello to the audience / hope you're having a wonderful day at the Regents Park Music Festival and please enjoy the rest of our set!

MD on mic: Announcing that it's the end of our set but we're encoring 'Dancing Queen' therefore we need everyone that can, up on their feet dancing here at the front and singing along with us!


Singers: While the MD is on the mic, some singers to go off stage into the audience to encourage audience members to get onto their feet and dance. The other singers that remain on stage to dance up there!

*SUMMER* PERFORMANCE ATTIRE:


As we perform to a professional level, we are extremely strict about our performance attire... we need to look as good as we sound lovelies! If you turn up to a Dress Rehearsal or Performance not in your full performance attire, you cannot perform.

No exceptions lovelies!


EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE ALL BLACK!


WE NEED TO MATCH OUR LOOK TO OUR PROFESSIONAL SOUND!


- TOP = Choir t-shirt

- BOTTOMS = Black trousers, skirts or shorts. No need to wear tights if you don't want to.


- SOCKS & SHOES = Must be all black. Please note that any colour on shoes is not allowed eg different coloured laces, patterns, base etc. Everything must be black.

Please note, as usual if you don't attend in the required performance attire, you won't be allowed to take part in a Dress Rehearsal or performance. Absolutely no exceptions lovelies!


Everything worn must be a 'true' black colour therefore no faded black or items that have coloured stitching). No part of your Choir uniform can have colour, other than the logo on your Choir t-shirt or hoodie : ) The old logo is allowed.
