ABOUT ANTHONY GABRIELE: As Music Director, Anthony has conducted South Pacific, Blood Brothers, Ken Hill’s Phantom of the Opera, A Grand Night For Singing, Chess, CATS, Grease, The Wizard of Oz, Bye Bye Birdie, The Lion King (London’s West End, Sydney, Melbourne and Shanghai) and the West End production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera.
Anthony studied conducting, composition, piano and voice at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and since 1993 has amassed a prodigious variety of operatic and musical theatre credits as a Music Director, Conductor, Chorus Master, Language Coach, Vocal Coach and Accompanist.
ABOUT GINA BECK
Gina most recently starred as Magnolia in Daniel Evan’s acclaimed production of SHOW BOAT in the West End. She appeared in FAR FROM THE MADDING CROWD at the Watermill Theatre and as Glinda in WICKED at the Apollo Victoria Theatre, West End and on the US national tour. Prior to that she appeared in the critically acclaimed THE BELLE’S STRATAGEM at the Southwark Playhouse and as Maria Von Trapp in THE SOUND OF MUSIC for Bronowski Productions at the Plenary Hall Theatre, Kuala Lumpa. Other credits include THE KISSING DANCE at The Jermyn Street Theatre and the LES MISERABLES 25TH ANNIVERSARY CONCERT at the O2 Arena. In September2010 she completed two years starring as Christine in THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA at Her Majesty’s Theatre, West End.
TV credits include DOCTORS for the BBC and THE RETURN OF SHERLOCK HOLMES for BBC, directed by Simon Cellan-Jones.
ABOUT LISA ANNE WOOD
Lisa-Anne is has recently been covering the role of Christine in PHANTOM OF THE OPERA at Her Majesty's Theatre and has also played Cosette in LES MISERABLES at the Queens Theatre.
Lisa was also involved in THE WIND IN THE WILLOWS workshop adapted by Julian Followes
ST JOHNS CHURCH, HYDE PARK: The stunning St Johns Church located just off Hyde Park, is the perfect setting for our winter event. It has glorious acoustics, set with an epic high ceiling. Closest tube stations are Paddington Station, Marylebone Station and Edgware Road Station.
